ENGLISH:

I've been neglecting DeviantArt for 2 years, I guess.
and on my return I read "deviant for 4 years".
it's incredible to see the things I wrote and stopping by to watch the pictures I took when I was younger than 18. it's incredible to notice how many things can change in four years, in someone's life. reading some journal posts or even the descriptions of some pictures is even embarassing, I must admit. hahaha
I won't delete anything, anyway. it's part of what I used to be and of what I've become.
I'm at the university, now, in Bologna, which is not my city, but it is very exciting. I come back to Parma, my city, every week end. I study English and Chinese.
My absence here is most due to the fact that my pc died and I lost most of my pictures. I didn't have photoshop on my laptop, nor the time to modify the pictures which I have continued to take.
I'm writing here, because I want to promise to myself and to anyone keeps following me that I will dedicate more time and effort to photography.

ho trascurato deviantart per circa due anni, credo.
al mio ritorno, leggo "deviant for 4 years".
è incredibile leggere le cose che scrivevo o soffermarmi a guardare le foto che scattavo quando non ero nemmeno maggiorenne. è incredibile come si noti quante cose cambino in quattro anni, nella vita di una persona. leggere certi post o persino certe didascalie per le foto devo ammettere che diventa quasi imbarazzante! hahaha
tuttavia non le cancellerò, fanno parte di ciò che ero e di ciò che sono diventata.
studio all'università ora, a bologna, in una città che non è la mia, ma molto stimolante, mi piace. torno a parma, la mia città, nel week end. il corso di laurea che ho scelto si chiama "lingue, mercati e culture dell'asia" e le lingue che studio inglese e cinese.
la mia assenza qui è dovuta anche in gran parte alla morte del mio pc fisso, con la conseguente perdita di quasi l'intero archivio delle mie foto. non avevo nemmeno photoshop nel pc portatile, né il tempo di modificare le foto che non ho mai comunque smesso di scattare.
voglio ripromettere a me stessa e a chi forse è ancora rimasto a seguirmi di dedicare più tempo e più impegno alla fotografia. presto nuovi upload. grazie a chi, nel frattempo, ha continuato a sostenermi
